Going Beyond is the capstone to a comprehensive mission/vision/values exercise delivered as part of Osler’s five-year strategic plan.  It is about delivering health care outside hospital walls, and going the extra mile for patients – and is now an attitude embedded in the culture of this three-hospital institution.
